Budget & Finance –Dan Gamber The Budget Committee shall be responsible for setting the annual budget and meet quarterly to make sure that the Association and MLS are on budget.
- Education - Dan Gamber The Education Committee shall have the responsibility of coordinating and providing general education programs and projects to enhance member knowledge and professionalism.
- Grievance –Jan Monica The Grievance Committee is responsible for reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations regarding ethics complaints and arbitration requests received. Requires attendance at yearly training classes.

Legislative/Political Affairs -Brenda Braden The Legislative/RPAC Committee shall work to be an effective and proactive legislative advocate for the members and the industry. They are responsible for communicating and educating the membership in political, regulatory and legislative issues impacting the real estate industry.

Public Relations –Nancy Montrie The Public Relations Committee shall be responsible for the promotion of REALTOR and Affiliate image throughout the community and any other work involving the community. They shall work toward continually maintaining and building funds for the MCAR Shelter Fund along with any other community involvement.

Professional Standards Committee -Gail Meyer The Professional Standards Committee is responsible for conducting Professional Standards Hearings. Requires attendance at yearly training classes.

Risk Reduction/By-Laws - Scott Hudkins - Identifies and evaluates issues of legal relevance to the real estate industry and recommends methods of reducing or eliminating such liabilites.

Special Events - Julie Dazel - The Special Events Committee shall be responsible for all General Membership Meetings, Outings and other social events for the Association. Including planning the Awards & Recognition.
